At Kraft Paper Studio, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom kraft paper products. We understand that sometimes a return may be necessary, and we have established the following policy to ensure a smooth and fair process for all our customers.
Return Eligibility
- Custom Orders: As our products are custom printed according to your specifications, most returns can only be accepted if there is a manufacturing defect or if the product significantly deviates from the approved design proof.
- Inspection Period: Please inspect your order within 3 days of receipt. Any claims for defects, damages or discrepancies must be reported within this timeframe.
- Proof Approval: Once you have approved a design proof, we cannot accept returns based on design preferences or content errors that were present in the approved proof.
Return Process
- Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] or call (917) 914-7057 within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Documentation Required: Please provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue and clear photos showing the defect or problem with your product.
- Evaluation: Our team will evaluate your return request within 2-3 business days and determine if it meets our return criteria.
- Return Authorization: If your return is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Return Shipping: Returns must be shipped back to our facility at 415 Evergreen Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11221 within 14 days of receiving the RMA.
Refunds and Replacements
- Manufacturing Defects: If we confirm a manufacturing defect, we will either replace your order or provide a full refund, including the original shipping costs.
- Print Quality Issues: For print quality problems that differ significantly from the approved proof, we will offer a replacement or partial/full refund depending on the severity of the issue.
- Customer Errors: Returns due to customer errors (incorrect specifications, design errors in approved proofs, etc.) are generally not eligible for refunds but may be eligible for a partial credit toward a replacement order at our discretion.
- Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned product and will be issued to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been used, damaged after delivery or altered from their original condition (unless due to a manufacturing defect)
- Custom orders that meet the specifications in the approved proof
- Orders reported after the 3 day inspection period
Cancellation Policy
- Orders may be canceled without penalty before production begins.
- Once production has started, cancellation fees may apply based on the stage of production.
- Orders that have been completed cannot be canceled.
